What inspires you?

Anything is possible!

Anything is possible!

We all want to be inspired.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by passionate young people.

I’m inspired by my husband’s quiet confidence and good humor.

I’m inspired by reflecting. By reading something outside my normal areas of interest. By watching a moving film or thought-provoking documentary.

I’m inspired by my business coaches and my entrepreneur friends.

I’m inspired by amazing innovations

Like the Eco Wave Power system which finally makes wave power a viable energy source. Like the Personal Cooling System developed by RINI Technologies that keeps Air Force personnel at a cool 72-degrees in Florida summer temperatures and protective gear. Like Philippine companies converting discarded plastic packaging, that would otherwise clog landfills, into road-building material.

I’m inspired by the better future that I know is out there waiting for us to catch up with it.

When people feel inspired, there’s no stopping them

That’s why my focus is solely on coaching leaders and training teams in how to have “systematic inspiration” through Light Bulb Thinking™, an easy-to-follow process for creative problem-solving and the foundation for a culture of innovation.

I’m inspired to help organizations, and the people who work there, live up to their potential.
