What is The Lab Researcher’s Pledge?

The Researcher’s Pledge

Here at The Potential Center, we’re gearing up for the first Beta Leadership Lab session on Oct 8th. There are still two spots available at the time of publication; see below to find out if one of these could be for you!

One of the resources we’ll be referring to is “The Lab Researcher’s Pledge”. It’s also appropriate for the workplace which is why I’m sharing it here.

The Pledge is based on the values of certainty, inquiry, imagination, and focus

On “Certainty”

I will find an answer; I may be surprised by what I see, but there is no doubt I’ll find an answer

On “Inquiry”

I will remain curious at all times; there is no such thing as a stupid question

On “Imagination”

I give myself permission to act as an excited kid

On “Focus”

I promise to practice what I learn; I owe it to my goals not to waste my time

If you would like to display a designed version of the pledge just email me at Ellia@ThePotentialCenter.com and request a copy of The Lab Researcher’s Pledge.

Last remaining seats in The Lab

In “The Beta Leadership Lab: Creative Problem-Solving at Work” there’s the opportunity to delve into issues and questions around creative problem-solving, team working, productivity, strategic planning, and leadership skills. Doors have officially closed but at the time of publication there are a couple of spots still open. The Lab kicks off on Oct 8th and applications need to be submitted by Monday, Oct 4th. Details and application here.

I believe that, with the right support, anyone can learn creative ways to solve problems. If you’d like to see what tapping into creative potential could look like at your place of work, contact me at Ellia@ThePotentialCenter.com to arrange a call.
