I’m passionate about creating a better future. I lead with coaching because if organizations want to see a change in culture, then it’s the people at the top – supervisors, managers, C-Suite – who make it happen.

The problem is that MBA programs, B-schools, entrepreneur coaching programs, and the like don’t spend much time – if any – teaching creative problem-solving. It’s for this reason that I designed Light Bulb Thinking™ Executive Coaching.
