The BETA Leadership Lab - Limited Time Only

I’ve been speaking to a lot of leaders this year who are trying to creatively deal with a range of issues, from improving the bottom line and staff retention to how to generate new ideas and build a stronger team. Another hurdle to innovation for many leaders is how to grow revenue and improve KPIs when there are more external issues to plan for than ever before. You may resonate with some or all of these issues.

These leaders really want an innovative idea or two that would transform their business.

But there’s yet another hurdle to overcome: continuing to fall back on “the way it’s always been done”.

Hey, I get it. The very thought of brainstorming scares the heck out of some people. The fear of wasting two months, or two years!, taking the wrong path causes many leaders to never even try using creative techniques for solving problems.

Every leader who gets stuck on this is making a mistake that will keep them from significantly improving their triple bottom line, retaining valuable staff, and maybe even keeping the doors open.

This is a mistake I want to help you fix.

If you’re also feeling stuck in this way, the cold hard truth is that if you don’t spread your creative wings and help your team do the same, then you’ll continue to have static revenue and staff jumping ship. And worse, you’ll have less impact on people’s lives – and the planet – than you had hoped and planned for.

Are you ready to finally come up with the creative business solutions you’ve been looking for?

INTRODUCING THE LEADERSHIP LAB
I invite you to apply for one of the limited places in The BETA Leadership Lab: Creative Problem-Solving at Work. The Leadership Lab is a weekly live video coaching forum that launches on October 8th 2021 and runs for eight weeks. The Lab is designed for leaders in small-medium businesses, social enterprises, nonprofits, and government departments, and where the environment is valued as much as

profit and people.

Why The Leadership Lab?

I developed The Leadership Lab because I believe in the unlimited potential of people, and that everyone has the capability to solve problems with more creativity. I believe that the fastest path to success and to solving some of the world’s most pressing issues is by operating from a mindset of innovation. I believe this is the time for organizations to get creative in order to stay fiscally strong; to have a positive impact on the lives of customers, constituents and staff; and to contribute to healing the planet.

That experience of wasting time by taking the wrong path I mentioned earlier? That happened to me, too. In fact, that’s what inspired me to create a replicable system for creatively solving problems in the form of the Light Bulb Thinking™ framework that I now use in my coaching and training.

What happens in The Lab?

In The Lab, I show you exactly how to become a creative problem-solving leader. You’ll spend up to 90 minutes a week with me, an expert in helping organizations unlock their full potential. I’ coach you and other like-minded leaders in using proven creative problem-solving and innovation techniques to address the real-world business issues that you bring to the table. You’ll go from feeling uncertain and overwhelmed to feeling confident about achieving goals, hopeful for the future, and well-equipped to facilitate a stronger, happier team through creative problem-solving. You’ll also have the additional support of your cohort, who you’ll meet up with in a private Facebook group, as well as additional resources.

Investment

We’ve created this first program as a Beta, which means you’ll contribute to building a powerful learning environment while getting coaching at a way lower investment than the full program, and wayyyy lower than 1-1 coaching with me. The full investment for the program next year will be $597. The Beta investment is only $297!

How to join

I want to make sure I have a strong group of motivated leaders like you to go through the program with me… and get real results! That’s why I’m asking you to click here and complete a short application – it should only take a few minutes. Please do this quickly - you only have until September 8th to apply and I’m only accepting 20 people.

The full description of The Beta Lab and the benefits it could provide can be found here. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

See you in The Lab!

I also believe that, with the right support anyone can learn creative ways to solve problems. If you’d like to see what tapping into creative potential could look like at your place of work, contact me at Ellia@ThePotentialCenter.com to arrange a call.
