About Ellia Harris

As an Organization Development Consultant in the US and the UK, Ellia has extensive experience coaching leaders, training teams, facilitating strategic planning and large group convenings, and speaking at conferences and on podcasts.

Ellia has ten years of international experience in nonprofit management. Her work is also informed by a career as a productivity coach, a B.S. in Secondary Education, and active membership of the Association for Talent Development and Pacific NW Organization Development Network.

Ellia is a contributing author on “Winner’s Mindset”, and has advised leading nonprofits such as Oxfam, British Lung Foundation, WWF, Friends of the Earth, the Alzheimer’s Association, and The Arc.
