Are you still jumping hurdles?

Are you still jumping hurdles?

Are these your business hurdles?

I’ve been speaking to a lot of leaders this year who are still dealing with heavy issues, from improving the bottom line and staff retention to planning for the future when there are so many unknowns. Do these issues resonate with you?

Another hurdle

But there’s yet another hurdle to overcome: falling back on “the way it’s always been done”. Which is the opposite of creative thinking. Which is puzzling because organizations need to be doing more creative thinking than ever.

Hey, I get it. The very thought of creative thinking, or “brainstorming”, scares the heck out of some people. The fear of people thinking your idea is stupid, or of going down completely the wrong path causes many managers to not even try using creative techniques to solve problems.

But every manager who gets stuck in this mindset is making a mistake that will keep them from significantly improving their bottom line, retaining valuable staff, having an impact on people’s lives, and maybe even keeping the doors open.

This is a mistake I want to help you fix.

The cold hard truth is that your team is dying to spread their creative wings, and they’re looking to you to help them do that. This is why I focus on working with managers. So that you can be the hero in your team’s eyes. Not only that, but transferring knowledge of creative problem-solving to your team improves their skills across the board, empowers them to make better decisions, and contributes to stronger results in your organization.

How to generate new ideas

Do you want an easy method for coming up with new and creative solutions?

Join me for a FREE live Masterclass on Sept 13th, 11am (Pacific)/2pm (Eastern): "How to generate your team's next WOW! idea”. I’ll show you how to let go of habitual patterns of thinking and introduce you to a proven process for breakthrough ideas. You’ll learn:

  • an effective idea-generating process

  • two creative thinking tools

  • how the “problem” might be the wrong problem

  • what helps individuals feel safe about contributing ideas

Oh, and that experience of wasting time by taking the wrong path I mentioned earlier? That’s happened to me, too. In fact, that’s what inspired me to create a replicable system for creatively solving problems in the form of the Light Bulb Thinking™ framework that I now use in my coaching and training. You’ll learn about Light Bulb Thinking in this highly interactive masterclass. Have your questions ready!
